The WPS WiFi Connect app is an utility that helps you determine whether or not your router is vulnerable to WPS attacks. If it is, you'll be able to see what the pin needs to be to get a secure connection, and you'll be able to change it.
In order to check the WPS status of your router, the app needs to have access to your device's location and the WPS protocol. The app uses two algorithms, the first one is called ComputePIN, and the second one is called easyboxPIN.
In case your device is rooted and you're using the latest version of the app, you'll see the latest algorithm.
